For someone like me with a busy schedule and a scattered mind, I embrace Google's online Calendar with open arms. I think this is such a convenient and accessible way to stay on top of things, not to mention that it's a great way to collaborate with your community groups or clubs. Gmail also sends your reminders via email of your appointments once you have entered the information on the calendar.
I certainly see the potential of Google's Docs replacing MS office considering that is is free and accessible on any computer. This was a video showing the multiple ways that you can share your documents with friends and the online community.
